Russian National Ballet Theatre
See Bolshoi and Mariinsky soloists perform the brilliant examples of the World Classics of the Russian Ballet.
The repertoire of the Seasons consists of classics performed by promising and prominent Russian ballet companies and Internationally acclaimed ballet dancers and choreographers.
The performances of this ballet company is a great rarity in their own country, as they tour abroad most of the year.
There are 19 gold medal holders and 2 Grand-Prize winners of different international competitions, 5 Grand-Prize laureate-winners and 2 Grand-Prize winners of the Paris Dance Academy among the dancers of the group. Most of the dancers are graduators of the famous Moscow State Ballet Academy - most of the Bolshoi Ballet dancers are graduators of the same academy.
The acoustics are excellent and the orchestra is superb. The performances reflect the quality that one has come to expect from the Bolshoi or the Mariinsky ! Russian National Ballet Theatre is a great alternative to Bolshoi, if you can not visit Bolshoi for some reason.
