In just a few short years, Finnish-born Jorma Elo has become one of the most
sought-after choreographers of today. Elo was singled out as a “talent to
follow” by Anna Kisselgoff in her review for The New York Times. Resident
Choreographer of Boston Ballet, Jorma Elo also creates numerous works in the US
and internationally.
The one-act ballet “Slice to Sharp” is set to the music by the 17th-18th
century composers Antonio Vivaldi and Heinrich Biber.
